What is a carboy safety seal band?
A carboy safety seal band is a thin band slipped over the cap of carboys, PET bottles and drink packs and shrunk with heat. How is the band size determined?
Because carboy caps come in different diameters, we prepare the band to the cap diameter and neck height. Just tell us the cap circumference and the height the band should cover.

In series production a heat tunnel is used; for small runs a hand-held heat source also works. Describe your line and we will prepare the right band and roll direction.
